BEST WAY TO PROCESS YOUR SHIPMENTS
As you order your items online, create and add them to a shipment on your amazon account. After you create the shipment, please let us know what the shipment name is. Do not add more than 60 items to a shipment unless it’s a bulk shipment of the same item. In that case, you can add as many as amazon allows you to. If you choose to add fewer than 60 items to one shipment, be sure and notify us by email that the shipment is ready to be sent.
We will check off items in the shipment as they arrive to our facilities. Once the shipment is complete, it will be picked up by ups between 1-2 business days. We will send a confirmation email once shipments are taken. An invoice will be sent every Friday at the end of each work week. We will be taking care of the monthly fee for UPS to pick up your boxes from our warehouse and ship them to Amazon’s facilities. You will not be required to pay for that.

When shipping your items to our warehouse, you will need to put your name and our address. We are located in Vidor, TX.

To work most efficiently, we require access to the shipment portion of your account. We want to get your products shipped out to Amazon as quickly as possible. Refer to FAQ’s for more info or feel free to email us.
*TO GIVE QUICK PREP AND SHIP ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT, FOLLOW THESE STEPS:
From you seller account, click on SETTINGS> USER PERMISSIONS, enter our email address, and click SEND INVITATION. After we respond to your invite, you choose the level of access we are allowed to have.
We will only need to view shipments that are created. This will allow us to print the FNSKU Label and also fill out the box dimensions and weight so we can print out the shipping labels without having to email back and forth. You will get to choose how much access we will have to your account.
